Today, in spite of wearing sunscreen, I got a slight sunburn across my nose.
Why?
Because after spending over an hour on an ocean raft I spent two hours swimming and hanging out on the whitest white sand beach ever before snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef for an hour.
This was one of the best days of my life.. and my most worthwhile sunburn ever :D

Everyone, I was lonely for Elizabeth so much today ... I think because she isn't in daily contact. Anyway, when I came home from work, there was a parcel containing a disk of all her photos from Feb. and March. That cheered me up immensely!
Oh, and I'm not lonely for Rob because we just spent the greatest day with him on Saturday!

On another note.. I'm excited to liz to come back to civilization. It will be great to email her again and get a response. and of course to see all her pictures. i'll arrive in sydney at 605 am on cinqo de mayo (my absolute favorite holiday so you better plan something awesome and mexican) and then i'll stay til either the night of the 10th or the morning of the 11t and then be back sometime on the 13th (im going to visit another friend for those days) and then i go to melb on the 15 and then im back at 1215 noon on the 24th for one last day in sydney with lize! hurray!
